The Bad Cat Classic is hosted by UF/IFAS Extension Holmes County. The mission of this tournament is to involve youth in outdoor recreation and conservation. All proceeds from this contest will go to the Randy Adams Memorial with the mission to purchase lifetime hunting & fishing licenses for youth in the Holmes County, FL.

The Long Spur Shootout is a custom call makers contest that is used as platform to promote conservation, craftsmanship, and competition. All the proceeds from the call auction to go purchase lifetime hunting/fishing licenses for kids in memory of Randy Adams.

Mr. Randy Adams was a friend to everyone. He was passionate about helping people, especially kids. He was an avid outdoorsmen and major supporter of the Holmes County Extension programs. The Randy Adams Lifetime Hunting/Fishing Scholarship program is a tribute to everything that Randy did to make this world a better place. The UF/IFAS Extension Holmes County Natural Resources program works to promote the involvement of youth in natural resources conservation and outdoor recreation. Proceeds that are raised from the Bad Cat Classic and Long Spur Shootout Call Makers Contest are used to provide financial support for the purchase of lifetime hunting or fishing licenses for kids in Holmes County who are actively involved in natural resource conservation.
